  • Enterprise Level Integration of Video Surveillance Systems including commercial grade video servers and the highest quality American made cameras. Most importantly the remote video management software is completely FREE with no minimum or maximum stipulations.
  • State-of-the-art access control systems including HID readers and multiple styles of card, industrial grade locking hardware, and network software management with options. These access systems are pre-configured for full-scale video integration to the OpenEye systems.
  • All technicians utilize the "Standard for Building and Campus Distribution Systems", 2011 NEC Code Book, and BICSI 12th edition Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manuals when installing projects to ensure compliance with current standards for building and campus distribution as well as state and local codes.
  • Upon completion of each project, Sandia Lightwave will provide proof that all specifications have been met. Proof will be provided either through printed documents or electronic media, produced by an approved UTP and Fiber Cable Tester. Testing is done to comply with manufacturer requirements with the most recent testing parameters.
Our team of certified designers and installers has been installing cabling systems since 1987. In addition to complete structured cabling installations of new construction, our team of technicians has the experience necessary to enable retrofit projects to be completed in accordance with all standards and codes while maintaining complete aesthetic integrity as is evidenced in our installations in some of New Mexico's oldest and most historic buildings.

Military Tactical Cable Assemblies:

SLI is certified to build Optical Cable Corporation Military Tactical Cable Assemblies and can manufacture multi-channel, armored military assemblies for any operation. Because of their vast knowledge and expertise, SLI can provide custom polishes, certification, testing and labeling for a wide variety of applications. SLI utilizes only high-reliability fiber optic cable and connectors to ensure precision in each assembly.

SLI has manufactured multi-channel assemblies for many applications such as for use in the space shuttle as well as Sandia National Laboratory.
